Our
Projects
WIL Reclaim & Thrive Program
Reclaim & Thrive supports women transitioning from prison to society with tailored resources and guidance. Our program offers career training, mentorship, and personal development workshops designed to empower women and facilitate successful reintegration. By addressing key challenges and fostering a supportive community, we help participants build confidence, achieve stability, and create a positive future.
Substance Abuse Prevention and Recovery
Women in Leadership provides a dual approach to substance abuse by focusing on both prevention and recovery. Through educational workshops, community outreach, and personalized support, we help individuals avoid substance abuse while offering resources to recovery services for those in need. Our program fosters resilience, equips participants with essential coping skills, and promotes long-term wellness, aiming to create healthier, more empowered communities.
Albuquerque Nourish Initiative
The Albuquerque Nourish Initiative is dedicated to combating food insecurity by providing nutritious meals and resources to our community. We partner with local organizations, businesses, and volunteers to ensure that everyone in Albuquerque has access to healthy food. Our program focuses on distributing fresh produce, offering meal services, and supporting sustainable food practices, all while fostering a spirit of community and collaboration.
Sister Circle-Echo Project
Sister Circle unites women through education, networking, and mutual support. Our program fosters a vibrant community where women can share knowledge, build professional connections, and encourage each other’s growth. Through virtual groups sessions we empower participants to achieve their personal and professional goals while creating a strong, supportive network.
