Stacy Burleson is the Executive Director and Founder of Women in Leadership, a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering and supporting women as they transition back into society after incarceration. With a deep commitment to advocacy and rehabilitation, Stacy has devoted her life to facilitating the successful re-entry of newly released inmates by providing them with the resources, guidance, and support they need to rebuild their lives. Under her leadership, Women in Leadership has become a vital resource for women seeking to overcome barriers, reclaim their futures, and reintegrate into their communities.

Program Manager

Brejette Emery is a dedicated program manager with a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Human Development & Family Relations from the University of New Mexico. She also holds a minor in African-American Studies, bringing a broad and inclusive perspective to her work. With her strong academic foundation and expertise over 13 years, Brejette is committed to supporting families and communities through impactful program management and development. Her work reflects a deep understanding of diverse cultural dynamics and a passion for empowering others.
