Stacy Burleson is the Executive Director and Founder of Women in Leadership, a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering and supporting women as they transition back into society after incarceration. With a deep commitment to advocacy and rehabilitation, Stacy has devoted her life to facilitating the successful re-entry of newly released inmates by providing them with the resources, guidance, and support they need to rebuild their lives. Under her leadership, Women in Leadership has become a vital resource for women seeking to overcome barriers, reclaim their futures, and reintegrate into their communities.

Clarice May Cregger’s journey began in Olongapo City, Philippines, but her impact now reaches far beyond its borders. A 4‑time Amazon Best‑Selling author, Clarice first stepped into the world of publishing in 2020 as a co‑author of Heart of God for Her: 45‑Day Devotional – Revealing God’s Love for His Leading Ladies. That experience opened the door for her to share her own powerful story in April 2021 with Broken But Beautifully Made: 4 Steps to Finding Beauty in Your Brokenness.

Her voice continued to grow as she co‑authored three more books—Give Me a Minute (2022) and Even as My Soul Prospers (2023)—each one offering hope, healing, and encouragement to readers seeking transformation, and her 2025 book, *But They Need Me*, redefines what it means to be a hero in your own life. Beyond writing, Clarice is a professional photographer and the owner of Claire May Photography & Designs LLC, where she captures stories of beauty, strength, and authenticity through her lens. She is also a Certified Transformational Life Coach, specializing in helping individuals break harmful patterns, release guilt and shame, and rediscover their God‑given identity.
